1.Physical characteristics

a. Appearance:light yellow green to light yellow powder;

b. Solubility: Carnosic acid is a fat soluble component;

c. Stability: Stable for heat, can bear high temperature as 190-240 and wont be decomposed.;

2.Quality and specifications

a. Carnosic acid: 5% to 60%（HPLC）;

b. Net weight:10kg/drum  25kg/drum;

c. Add content :0.02%～0.1%;

d.Usage:Add into product directly, or mix thoroughly and use with organic acid can increase its antioxidant ability.;

e. Powder products : Packed in fiber drum;  

3.Application:

Oil-soluble carnosic acid is used as strong antioxidant in oily products, such as edible oil and grease, baked or fried foods, condiment,meat, pet food , tobacco, feed etc.

4.Storage :Stored at room temperature, sealed and protected from light and humidity.
5.Shelf life:2 years from the production date according to above conditions.
